Specialises in industrial property law, copyright law and commercial law. Has a long experience in managing and obtaining protection for intellectual property rights, including trademarks in Poland, the European Union and many other countries the world over.

He is also highly qualified in consulting and implementing IP strategies in enterprises and developing legal and economic expert opinions concerning the valuation of intellectual assets, including valuation of trademarks. Also specialises in consulting within the scope of tax optimisation with the use of objects of intellectual property.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań Completed training for patent attorneys.
